# M.B.A Kya Hota Hai?
M.B.A ka matlab hota hai “Master of Business Administration.” Yeh ek postgraduate degree program hai jo business aur management ke field mein advanced knowledge aur skills deta hai. Agar aap college se graduation kar chuke ho, toh aap M.B.A ke liye eligible ho sakte ho. Yeh course generally 2 saal ka hota hai, lekin kuch institutes mein 1 saal ka intensive program bhi hota hai. M.B.A mein aap accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, operations management, aur strategic planning jaise subjects padhte ho. Basically, yeh degree aapko company chalane aur manage karne ki skills deti hai.
M.B.A course mein admission lene ke liye aapko entrance exam dena padta hai. Bharat mein sabse common exams hain CAT (Common Admission Test), XAT, SNAP, aur GMAT. These exams mein aapka English, Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, aur Logical Reasoning test hota hai. Kuch top institutes jaise IIM (Indian Institute of Management), ISB (Indian School of Business), XLRI, aur FMS ko CAT score ke basis par top students milte hain. Entrance exam dene ke baad aapko interview aur group discussion round se pass hona padta hai, tabhi aapko admission mil paata hai.
M.B.A karne ke fayde kya hain? Primarily, salary mein kaafi badhottri hoti hai. Average mein M.B.A graduate ko starting salary 8-15 lakhs per annum milta hai, aur kahin-kahin top institutes ke students ko 20-25 lakhs ya zyada bhi mil jaata hai.
